How do I track my order status?

You can track your order using our online tracking system by following the steps below:

1. Go to www.truckparts.com.ph/onlinetracking

2. Enter your waybill number and email address

3. Click “TRACK” to process, just wait for the details

The tracking number provided to me is invalid/ not working, what should I do?

The tracking number may be invalid because it will be updated 1-day after delivery confirmation and our authorized freight courier will also update the system. If the problem insist, please send email to our customer service or support group to report your concern.

How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

When you check-out and confirm your orders, there is a summary costing displayed on the screen. We will also email the confirmation receipt and breakdown of cost for your reference.
