When will I receive my parts order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our SALES TEAM will conduct a verification process through email or phone calling and update you as soon as possible by email/SMS.
After successful verification (time frame is within 24-48 hours after placing ordered date), you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
- In Metro Manila Areas: 1 – 7 Business days
- In Luzon and Mindanao Areas: 7 – 14 Business days
For imported spare parts from SHANGHAI, China the delivery may take within 20-30 calendar days. Specific lead time of each imported product will be emailed to you or sent via SMS.
