1 How long can we receive the goods after the order is placed?
It will be based on receiving address and the choice of delivery mode, the general delivery time will be 1-7 days (very remote areas may take longer time);
If the goods need to be booked, the delivery time will be longer.
2 Why the goods I bought is not the same as seen on website?
Because manufacturers will change the packing, origin or some attachments of the goods without any advance notices. We cannot ensure that customers will receive the exactly same goods and attachments. We can only ensure that the goods are completely new and original from the factory! And we ensure that the goods will be the same as mainstream product in the market.
3. How to operate when quality problem occurred through the process of using the products?

4.Do we have invoice for the goods we sell? Can I open a VAT invoice?
We promise that all the products we sell are genuine; each order has machine printed "commercial invoices" in English, which can be used as reimbursement voucher. The invoice will be sent together with the package. The invoice value includes the delivery cost. Corporate customers please provide the copy of general taxpayer certificate, business license, the tax registration certificate, the account opening license so that the VAT bill can be issued. We will express the bill to you.
5.How to operate if I placed a wrong order or bought something I don’t want to buy?
You can login the website to cancel the order or contact our customer service to cancel the order for you if they are not delivered yet.
6.Are all the goods we sell on the website genuine? Do you have after sales warranty?
All the goods we sell are genuine and have machine printed invoices. Regarding warranty issues please contact our customer service staff.
